These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by NOPACES, LLC d/b/a Number One Plumbing, AC, Solar & Electric (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and solar contractor located at 525 Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive informational and marketing text messages from Number One Plumbing, AC, Solar & Electric.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity with us, up to [[6]] messages per month.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Number One Plumbing, AC, Solar & Electric is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again.
We also honor opt-out requests made through any other reasonable method, including replying with words such as END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL, calling our office at (505) 999-9567, or emailing kyle@trustnumber1.com. We process opt-out requests as soon as possible and no later than ten business days after receipt.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service platforms and SMS delivery providers, is permitted solely for the purpose of operating our messaging program. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
