Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of evaluation. Concealed conditions, code requirements, permit requirements, or material availability discovered during the work may change the scope and the price. We will notify you and obtain your approval before performing work that materially exceeds an approved estimate.
Diagnostic and service call fees, after-hours rates, and any applicable trip charges are disclosed to you before the appointment is scheduled.
Pricing and promotional offers on this website are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Where an offer has specific conditions or expiration dates, those conditions govern.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept Credit Card, and Checks. Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms; we are not the lender and are not responsible for lender decisions or terms.
Where required, we obtain permits and coordinate inspections for the work we perform. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose known conditions relevant to the work, including the location of concealed utilities, prior repairs, and any known defects.
We are not responsible for correcting pre-existing code violations or defects outside the agreed scope of work unless separately contracted to do so.
Workmanship and equipment warranties are set out in your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, including registration and maintenance requirements.
Warranty coverage may be void if equipment is serviced or altered by others, if recommended maintenance is not performed, or if damage results from misuse, neglect, power events, water intrusion, or other causes outside our control.
Our Satisfaction Pledge and Uno Care Club membership benefits are described on our website and are governed by the terms in effect at the time of enrollment.

Where required by New Mexico law, you have the right to cancel certain in-home sales contracts within the statutory rescission period, as disclosed in your written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
